Rugby League was Originated in Huddersfield, Yorkshire in 1991, It was Invented by A man named William Webb Ellis. The aim of the game is to score more points than the other team, Each team is given six tackles or chances to score, After six tackles then the ball will be handed to the other team. Rugby league is slightly more complicated than this, But if you can get your head around this Then you’ll have a greater understanding of the game.
The Equipment that you will need is a ball,mouth guard,boots,shorts,skull cap and body protection. Rugby League is played outdoors because you will have to kick the ball around, Some other games are played at other places around the world.
